Tomamu Hokkaido Japan

This was my third stay at Club Med Tomamu, and it's become the trip I look forward to each year.

I first met Ziko on my second visit. This time I came alone, which can be awkward at a resort built around groups, but he remembered me from last year and made the whole week effortless. He checked in throughout my stay without it ever feeling like a routine, and on my last day he came to see me off — a small thing that stayed with me.

The facilities and food were exactly what I expected from Tomamu, and the all-inclusive setup makes the week genuinely restful. But what turns a good stay into one you book again is the staff, and Tomamu's team has it.

Thank you again, Ziko. I'll be back for a fourth.

I visited Tomamu from August 22nd to 26th with my father, mother, little brother and little sister. This visit was the second time for us, and we really enjoyed it. I would like to mention 3 things I really enjoyed in Tomamu. First, the best thing at Tomamu was that the staffs were super nice. They are very polite and nice, and also very friendly. I became friends with lots of the G.Os and it was soo fun having a chat, and eating lunch and dinner with them!! In addition, all the staffs would nicely greet as anytime we see them, in the hallway, restraunt, anywhere!
Dear Jake, Josh, Ruben, and Albert, thank you so much for eating meals with us. I really enjoyed talking to you guys, and I want to eat again with you guys! Your conversations were always very funny and it made me very happy.
Dear the trapeze team, thank you for teaching me how to do crazy tricks from zero. I want to do catch if I come back!
Dear Clara and the teens club. It was a wonderful expirience to dance infront of soo many people, and you were the one who supported me so much so that I could do so. It was very very fun!
Dear Martin, thank you so much for all the kindness and care. We enjoyed the stay so much! Every meal, you were kindly greeting us and hugged Taiga back. You also remembered my name, and I was very happy! You were very very kind and I want to say a great great thank you! I hope we can meet again.
Dear Josh and Jake, thank you for eating meals with us, and making our stay great. Everytime you guys joined our table, I was delighted. You guys were very funny and kind to all of us. Even when you were busy, you came to us to wave the flag! I want to see you guys again soo much. I will work out for the next time we meet!
The second thing I enjoyed was that the food. Tomamu's restraunt was amazing. All the dishes were vey delicious, there was no waiting in line, or waiting to order, because it is a buffet, and every meal, the menu changed! Everyday, we ate something new, and there were tons of different dishes in the buffet including deserts, breads, fruits, rice, and traditional dishes from all around the world. It was soo yummy I always ate too much.
The third thing I enjoyed in Tomamu was the activities hosted by the hotel. You can easily join activities such as hiking, biking, nordic walking, trapeze, archery, kids club, teens club, and so many more. The activities take about one hour, and it was a great time. For example, if you go biking and hiking, you get to see the nature surrounding the resort, and have a relaxing time. In addition, the best thing is that you get to chat with staffs because the G.Os are the ones that proceed the activity. I acctually became friends with Jake in hiking, Josh and Ruben in biking, Clara in teens club, and the trapeze team in trapeze. In addition, there are also parties everynight where the staffs appear onstage and perfom amazing shows. I enjoyed it everynight!
Overall, Club Med is amazing

It was really amazing stay. All GO team had big big energy for everything.
Especially, Bimo, Athena, Miyu, Rizal, Monika, Zoro, Ria, Ai, Jean, Yum, Kira, Mao, Grendy, Pristy, Kosuke, Gita and Jason. All of them took care of me a lot!!! And ofc, CDV Logan’s microphone energy was insane;)
I watched a circus show. Amazing performers gave me a motivation to come back ClubMed.
Jessica, Calvin Athena, Pristy and Grendy’s dance was really sick. I think they can perform as a professional dancer.
And when I drink at bar above GOs always took care of me. I was so happy to share table and talk a lot of stories. Anyway, I really appreciate everything!!!!!!

8月22日から24日まで家族で2泊しました。特に思い出に残ったのは、JoshとReubenと楽しんだマウンテンバイクです。トマムの美しい自然の中を走り、妻は羊への餌やりも楽しみました。子どもはMini Clubが大のお気に入りで、今でも「北海道旅行で一番楽しかった」と言っています。素晴らしいスタッフの皆さんに心から感謝します！

My family stayed for two nights from August 22 to 24. The highlight of our stay was mountain biking with Josh and Reuben. We loved riding through Tomamu’s beautiful nature and even my wife had the chance to feed the sheep. Our child absolutely loved the Mini Club and still says it was the best part of our Hokkaido trip. Heartfelt thanks to all the wonderful staff!

I had a lot of fun on the trapeze! The circus team was incredible - professional and fun, making sure we had fun while learning new skills while keeping us safe. Shout out to Rizal, Jessie, Bobby, Austin and Kate - thank you for making the trip memorable and allowing me to feel proud of myself with a new trick under my belt!
