The Albion Villas Mauritius

We had a wonderful two weeks at Les Villas d'Albion and we will definitely return.
The location, setup and facilities at the resort are beautiful.
It is clear that the leadership team puts a lot of thought into how they build the teams to support GMs at this resort. Special shout outs to:

Aniket - villa butler who is beyond amazing and attended to all our needs, anticipated requests and quickly adapted when we had a new request or comment.
Xavier - the villas manager who performed behind the scenes magic that made our stay seamless.
Vanesha - massage therapist at the SPA. magic hands does not even begin to cover the skill.
Vishy - restaurant manager always attentive, always willing to help and find the best possible location for us as a family of 3 with a toddler to make sure we had enjoyable meals.
Kathy - at the reception desk super friendly and helpful with tips on excursions
Tino, Abida, Johanna, Chaya, Roudissen - restaurant crew making delicious meals and ensuring comfort
Kumar, Avikesh, Kevin - buggy crew who were always very prompt and friendly especially at late hours when we were tired.

There are a few things that could use a rework/rethink:

1. There are currently no changing cabins/areas at the beach and while the option is the bathrooms, they are quite far away. It would be helpful to have both changing areas and bathrooms at the beach.
2. Mosquitos are a reality and a true nuisance. They are very aggressive even during the day so a better strategy of removing them/driving them away is needed.
3. Activities for families outside of the Mini/Petit Club: only one excursion is actually suitable for families with small children (Port Louis Authentique) which is sad so more excursion options adapted for families with children and infants would be greatly appreciated. In addition more activities for families should be included in the daily schedule outside of the Petit/Mini/Teen club scope.

Overall, though, an amazing 2 weeks and we thank you all for this experience. We will return!

We had an amazing stay! The villa was clean and had everything we needed, including amenities for our toddler. The hotel had a variety of activities that suited us mostly, less so our son. But the most important point is the service we had at the villa by Kavi, who took care of every detail, was available, helped us and made adjustments for our son, made friends and played with him and also helped us plan the rest of our trip in Mauritius after we left. There is no service and attitude as pleasant, respectful and pampering as this. Thank you very much!

From the very first moment, you set the tone for what became an unforgettable vacation. Your attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism elevated our stay far beyond what we could have anticipated. Every morning, we woke to a perfectly prepared breakfast tailored to each family member's preferences. Our villa was maintained to an immaculate standard throughout — with a care and discretion that made us feel truly at home, yet pampered.

Atish, our butler in Villa 13 plus Amar, the bugy driver have been nothing short of amazing. He paid attention to detail, he made our daughter's 6th birthday private dinner at the villa sooooo special. Our little girl cannot stop talking about it. Did I mention that we found gowns for all of us? perfect sizes as per the family members occupying the villa? The best gesture and attention to detail I've experience in my entire traveling experience with family. And of course, the evening champagne and snack at the villa while unwinding and getting ready for dinner was amazing. The very well thought events were so great, all family friendly, we could dance with our children, they could go be at the mini club or teen club without us, and we were assured of their safety always. All the managers we had met paid attention to detail, they made sure that our stay was the best. Clubmed is really amazing, in this case, for our first time in Clubmed and Mauritius, the experience was extraordinary!
