Kiroro grand超好玩，整天都有活動、整天都吃飽飽。村長很nice，接待我們的Jen跟Tong都很細心。還有teens club 的Omen小孩都很喜歡。 Sportscenter的 Billy跟Jimmy也都很風趣！

I stayed at Club Med Kiroro for a week in Aug 2025. I have been at 12 Club Meds around the world and I rate this at the top with Seychelles and think it warrants belonging to the Exclusive Collection. Great food, venue and above all the GO team go out of their way to make you feel at home, arrange a host of activities for kids & adults and just when you thought the day was over put on an awesome show for kids and then adults night after night. I've had a fantastic stay! Thank you Merlin, Ibra, Berfin and everybody else!

This was the longest vacation that I had taken in 10 years and I can say wholeheartedly that our experience at the Club Med Kiroro Grand was truly an unforgettable, amazing one!
Full disclaimer, coming in, I was not wired to be an active participant. I was going in just thinking that I could kick back, relax, and just nap my way through a nice resort.
I was pleasantly wrong! If I could describe it in the best way possible, it is very much like summer camp for adults, one where we can recapture the fun times from our youth.

The setting is spectacular, in the mountains in Hokkaido with crisp cool air even in the hottest summer season in recent memory. There are tennis courts, basketball court, soccer and golfing fields, walking and biking trails.

The facilities include a pool, onsen (with real spring water), a theater/lounge, dining areas, workout gym, yoga room, and more.

The food was superb, lots of variations to choose from, different cuisine every night. The bartenders know every single cocktail that I could think of.

Entertainment - Every single night, there are extravagant performances from all the staff members and they are choreographed by truly talented and dedicated professionals. It's on par with Cirque du Soleil at times.

Best of all, the staff members were all very warm hearted and made this a stay that I didn't want to leave from.

This holiday was truly unforgettable, starting with a cheerful and welcoming reception from Minami. Each morning, Matthew’s Yoga Flow helped reset both my body and mind, leaving me refreshed for the day. Nordic walking with Sergey and Billy was such a joy — not only did they teach us the proper techniques, but they also made the experience fun with country songs.

The mountain biking course is perfect for beginners, and Tanjung made it even more enjoyable with his great sense of humor and a short gravel road challenge. A real highlight for me was the private aerial silk lesson with Cheryl, who kindly shared new tricks and inspired me to try more. Azurah was also so kind to take training videos for me, which I truly appreciated.

Every activity was filled with warmth, professionalism, and fun — I’m so grateful to the entire team for making this holiday so special. Looking ahead, it would be wonderful to see a few more options for intermediate-level outdoor activities. For example, a slightly more challenging mountain biking trail or a small golf short course would be fantastic additions. And of course, something as exciting as a flying trapeze would make the experience even more memorable.

This was my first time staying with my 7-year-old child. Everyone was so kind and it was the best trip ever. Especially Tanjung, who always provided the best sport. He is a great person who I hope will become a sports manager and become even more active. Marine always made every occasion the best show. Vickie, thank you for the wonderful shopping experience. Omen, you're like a second father to my daughter! Thank you for your continued support! We'll definitely stay again. Thank you everyone.
