Our recent stay at Club Med TOMAMU Hokkaido was a memorable family getaway, and acknowledge our amazing experience was influenced and impacted by the resort manager, Logan Lee. His presence around the resort, always supporting his staff and engaging with guests, this filters down to his staff.

Accommodation
The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after long days on the slopes. The stunning views of the surrounding mountains added to the overall ambiance, making our stay feel special.

Skiing Experience
We had the pleasure of working with private instructors Chris D and tall Luke, who was our 5-year-old's personal instructor. Their expertise and patience were remarkable, helping him learn in a fun and engaging way. Investing in these lessons allowed us to fast-track our skills on the slopes, making our skiing experience much more enjoyable.
Myself and my older boys had numerous insightful private ski lessons with Chris D and looking forward to seeing him (and Luke) again in 2027.

Ski Facilities: The resort boasts excellent ski facilities, with easy access to lifts and well-groomed slopes suitable for all levels. The variety of trails ensured that our older boys had plenty of options to explore.

Dining Experience
The international cuisine was a highlight. From Japanese delicacies to Western favorites, every meal was a culinary adventure. The buffet-style dining allowed us to sample various dishes, catering to our family's diverse tastes.

Kids Club
The nurturing and enthusiastic staff created a warm environment where our 5-year-old felt safe and excited to participate. Knowing that he was in such capable hands allowed us to enjoy our family time without worries. Pls keep investing into the kids club! This is a crucial factor in our decision to return.

Overall Atmosphere
The resort exuded a welcoming, family-friendly vibe. Logan Lee's commitment to supporting his staff and engaging with guests created a sense of community. The beautifully designed common areas encouraged interaction among guests while still providing cozy spots for quieter moments.

Future Visits
Given the quality of our experience, we’re already discussing our next visit. The combination of excellent service, diverse activities, and a focus on family makes Club Med TOMAMU Hokkaido an outstanding choice for our annual vacation.

4歳の子どもにとっては初めてのスキーでしたが、とても楽しく、素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。

There is no reason not to choose Club Med in Hokkaido.
It was our 4-year-old child’s very first skiing experience, and they truly had an amazing and enjoyable time.

While we love all the activities at Club Med, our greatest reason for coming back is to reunite with the wonderful G.O. team.

I am a beginner and Chris D really helped me navigate the ropes when he gave me a private lesson he walked me through everything and made it all make sense and was patient which was amazing. The whole hotel is really warm and comforting.

Tomamu Club Med offered a genuinely nice environment for beginners learning to ski/snowboard, and a nice relaxing way to wind down. The ambiance across the venue is warm and well-considered—comfortable. The service crew stood out for being attentive, professional, and consistently welcoming without being intrusive.

The food selection is well curated, with enough variety to keep things interesting across multiple meals, and the quality is solid throughout. A highlight for me was the bar experience: Bartender Sandy, made a well-executed Negroni—bold, smooth, and properly balanced with just the right touch of bitterness. Served neat and done right, it was easily one of the better ones I’ve had and a small detail that capped the evening perfectly.

Overall, a well-run resort experience where ambiance, service, and attention to detail come together effectively

Great experience in Club Med Tomamu. Everything was as advertised and the GOs we met were great. John who plays live music at the Theater and at the Nest Bar (which I highly recommend) was awesome. Milka who bartends at the Nest Bar too.
