Bintan Island Indonesia

I had the best experience during my 3-day stay at Club Med Bintan! Even though we are Indian and finding suitable food was a challenge, Chef Raghive was very supportive. Francaise always had pizza ready for us, which we really appreciated.

There were poolside dinners and plenty of water sports to enjoy. Our trip became truly memorable thanks to Ben, Aseem, and of course the entire Club Med team 🥰

The rooms were well maintained, and we made full use of all the amenities within the resort. Highly recommend!

I was a solo traveler looking for a few days of sea, sun and sleep. I am so glad I chose Club Med Bintan.
Location: direct access to the beach, white sand, no seaweed. The fishes came to play. Very clean water. Beach beds were not an issue but I did go in the low season. Everything was seamless from the ferry terminal. My bags were taken from the terminal to my room.
Room: I had chosen the newly renovated sea facing room with a balcony. The room is spacious, very comfortable large bed. Loved the shower too. Suggestion for the alcove with the day bed to have sheer net curtains to afford some privacy. Great to have the mosquito trap in the room. Plenty of water provided.
Staff: A special shout-out to Sheeba. She is truly the magic and sparkle. On the first night of entertainment, she came and sat with me and soon we were joined by many ClubMed Members. They truly ensure everyone is accompanied and not left out. Huge gratitude to Sheeba, Arvi, Noor, Ben, Chris and Jamal. Every day, they checked in on me, joined me for lunch or dinner and ensured we were all having fun together at the evening entertainment. The staff are the heart and soul of ClubMed. A lot of effort goes in the evening entertainments by the staff and this deserves a special mention too.
Dining: plenty of options at everyone’s disposal. From beachside to buffet. Deep gratitude to Ian in the main restaurant. He went out of his way to get me some mango on my last day as it wasn’t readily available. The panoramic coffee bar is fantastic to chill at especially when the heavens open up.
Spa: The spa location is absolutely fantastic with the rooms directly facing the sea. The quality of the massage and facials is mediocre for the price.
Overall, I left Bintan deeply rejuvenated spending immense amounts of time in the sea, catching glorious sunrises, sleeping peacefully, enjoying the fresh delicacies but most importantly being welcomed and looked after so well by the ClubMed staff in true Indonesian hospitality. My heart is humbled.

My stay at Club Med Bintan was honestly one of the most unforgettable experiences I’ve ever had, and it was all because of the incredible GO team. From the very first day, they welcomed me with such genuine warmth and kindness that this resort quickly stopped feeling like just a holiday destination and truly became a home away from home.

What makes this place so special is not just the beautiful resort itself, but the people. The GOs here don’t just do their jobs, they build real connections and friendships with their guests. Every interaction felt so personal and sincere, and it genuinely warmed my heart to see how much passion and love they have for what they do. They were always thoughtful, attentive, and constantly making sure I was having fun and enjoying every moment of my stay.

I especially want to give special thanks to Sanndy, Jamal, Valentino, and most importantly Martin. Each of them made such a huge impact on my experience in their own way, and Martin in particular was truly the reason my stay felt absolutely perfect. Their hospitality was unrivalled, and the care they showed never once felt forced, it felt like family. The laughter, conversations, energy, and kindness they shared with me are memories I’ll carry for a very long time.

Thank you, Club Med Bintan, for creating such a beautiful atmosphere filled with love, joy, and genuine human connection. I will always be willing to come back, not just for the resort, but for the amazing people who made it feel like home.

Very good experience with Mr Benz hospitality. The staff and team are helpfully and friendly. Clud med are best that have good and patience to handle kids. Many activities and good place to relax
