5 stars for Kiroro peak
Jay, our GO was absolutely fantastic and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable from day 1. He helped arranged lunch for us even though we arrived late. Throughout the stay he ensured we were well taken care of. Special thanks for our instructors King and William. King is the best snowboard instructor and this is the 2nd year we engaged him! William was my ski coach and he is very patient and good as well. Lastly, big thanks to Liam, the restaurant manager and Kiho who took care of our every meal at Kiroro peak.

Powder, Food and Fun!
We just returned from our third trip to Kiroro Peak, and once again, it exceeded our expectations, despite many staff changes from last season.
First and foremost, we want to acknowledge the new Chief of Village, Eva. She consistently checked in on us to ensure our family was having a fantastic time. The Chief of Village sets the tone for the rest of the team, and throughout the week, everyone performed magnificently. Thank you, Eva!
As always, the food is what keeps us coming back to the Club Med brand. Congratulations to Kiresh, the Food and Beverage Manager whom we've met during several of our stays. He and his team crafted delicious meals daily, showcasing an impressive array of local seafood, cheeses, meats, and a variety of Asian and Western dishes. The highlights for us were the grilled tiger prawns, Hokkaido oysters, and, of course, the wagyu beef. We also want to recognize our friend Maki, as well as Wine Stewards Alex and Kiho, and David, the talented Pastry Chef, for the wonderful breads. A special shout-out to our attentive bussing team, particularly Jacob. Additionally, a big thank you to the bar team of Zal, Louis, and Bayram, who mixed great drinks for us each evening.
We come to Kiroro Peak in December for one reason: the powder! While it wasn’t as good as our stay in March last year, we did experience some decent powder days. A huge thanks to our ski instructors Colin, Mersula, Marusa, Anna, Erik, and Jonas—each time we return, they help us improve some aspect of our skiing technique. Our kids learned to ski at Flake 1 in Sahoro and are now regular Club 5 skiers thanks to the excellent instruction from the Club Med Ski team.
I also took advantage of the 24-hour gym, which helped build my appetite for all the amazing food offerings. The ofuro (hot springs) was a fantastic way to relax after skiing; I used it twice a day to ease my soreness! Overall, it was an incredible trip, and I continue to recommend Club Med, especially Club Med Kiroro Peak, to my friends and colleagues.

Pure Magic in Hokkaido: A Culinary and Human Delight! 🗻❄️
I recently returned from Club Med Kiroro Peak, and I am still buzzing from the experience. It wasn’t just a vacation; it was a flawless 5-star journey from the moment I arrived.
First of all, I absolutely loved the snow. The powder was just crazy! It was a dream come true to ski in such incredible conditions.
The cuisine was equally wonderful. It felt like a culinary journey at every meal. The balance between the Asian and European stations offered a magical variety of choices and flavors I was honestly spoiled for choice. Every single dish was a delight, and dining there was one of the highlights of my day.
Beyond the food and snow, the soul of this village is its people. The welcome was warm, and the entertainment was superb throughout my stay. I genuinely enjoyed every show, but I have to give a special mention to the choreographer : Loïc. Not only is he talented, but he is also such a friendly and approachable person. I really cherished the conversations we had; he made the experience feel so much more personal.
I also want to send a massive thank you to Bayram at the bar. He is a true artist! I asked him to improvise cocktails for me, and he surprised me every time they were just perfect. It’s rare to find that level of personalized service.
Finally, I have to talk about Eva, the Chef de Village. Her dedication is incredible she was truly omnipresent! I don’t think a single day passed where I didn't see her checking in on guests. She is delightful, always smiling, and she personally ensured that every one of my requests was met.
If you are looking to see a beautiful part of Hokkaido while enjoying the best snow and impeccable service, I cannot recommend this village enough.

Best Winter trip 2025
This ski trip was arranged by my son who loves snowboarding and my wife. Being an avid golfer who just enjoyed a st andrew golf trip this year, i wasn't quite excited during the flight to Sapporo. But it was the pre ski lesson encounter with a Taiwanese Head ski coach Gilbert Lin, whose strong bilingualism coupled with such warmth in the icy weather that heated my passion and after my first ski lesson which was filled with embarrassing falls, his kidn words at dinner encouraged me on and that kept me pushing on for straight 4 days. Thats a service level hard to match in current service industries and I am impressed. I also want to thank a snowboard coach King from China Harbin who has extended his help to my daughter who accidentally roamed off to a slope out of bounds to her beginner level. That act, to a worrying father, cannot be described in words. Overall, my family enjoyed ourselves at this resort skiing, esting, drinking, mingling, relaxing, and we will definitely visit again. I must say that the staff made the resort in high spirits all the time and we love it.

#Amazing trip @ Kiroro Peak
My trip at Kiroro Peak was by far the most enjoyable trip I had this year. My snowboard instructors were amazing-especially Gilbert, who spent so much time guiding my family with patience, kindness, and real dedication. He made sure we felt the warmth and comfort of Kiroro Peak in a way that he could be a friend to all of us. King and Tom were also incredibly supportive and amazing snowboard coaches. Definitely will come back with family and friends. :))
