I celebrated my birthday past week at Club Med Québec-Charlevoix, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations.

The Kids Club was absolutely amazing—our children had a blast with the activities and caring staff, which gave us some well-deserved time to relax. The entertainment for both kids and adults was top-notch, with something fun happening every day and night.

The food was outstanding—plenty of variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious options for every taste. And let’s talk about the drinks—expertly crafted and served with a smile. A special shout-out to bartenders Jasmine and Mia, who made our evenings extra special with their friendly service and great cocktails!

The location is simply breathtaking. The hiking trails are beautiful and well-maintained, with panoramic views that made us stop and just take it all in. It’s hard to describe how peaceful and stunning the surroundings are—you really have to see it for yourself.

We’re already planning our return trip. Thank you, Club Med Québec-Charlevoix, for an unforgettable celebration!

Everything was great on the resort. The fact that the gondola pass and the mountain biking is included in the resort stay is incredible! All areas were extremely clean and our room was a decent size with a nice view of the river.
Entertainment staff was also amazing, the circus shows at night were cool to see.
Laurent and Charles, our bike tour guides made our riding easy and enjoyable.
Lastly, Jesus at the bar (and all the bar tenders) kept the drinks pouring and adhered to our cocktail orders with a smile on.

My wife and I had an exceptional time as a semi-fluent bilingual couple. Exclusive Collection staff were friendly and concise. Breakfast room service on the patio was a special treat. A big thank you to Le Chalet staff and musicians including the bartender Zach who gave us some lovely afternoons to sit back, sip on good drinks, snacks and enjoy the view together. It was a special time to see Laurence Doire perform as well. The spa was a nice reprieve from the enthusiasm to relax. Isis is an incredible massage therapist! Finally, the gravity-defying acrobatic shows were breathtaking. We will soon return.

Club Matt is always amazing! This Club Med was no different. The food was great. The people that work there are so friendly and all the exercise classes hikes mountain biking are so much fun. This mountain is beautiful. I could stay here much longer than a week.
