Great location for skiing. Bus every 30 mins into town.

Great atmosphere with kids and parents having fun. Big on kids activities.

Standard rooms and cleaning service. Quite small rooms.

Exceptional childcare - reason we booked the resort. First time handing over my 6m baby. Louna, Anaïs, Amarys and Ambre were amazing looking after him for the week and didn’t call me back once. Very capable. Would come back here for the childcare. They sent me pictures every day of activities - ball pit, mountain walking, toys, snow etc

Pool was too cold and hot tub too small for resort this size. Food was great but all self service as difficult to get a reservation in the restaurant and same menu all week in restaurant.

I had a wonderful stay at Club Med Valmorel. Everything was excellent — the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious with a great variety and high quality throughout the stay.
The only thing I would suggest improving is the clarity of information regarding ski lessons for beginners. It would be very helpful if it were stated more clearly and more prominently that beginner-level skiers must arrive on Monday in order to join the group ski lessons. If arriving after Monday, it is mandatory to book and pay for a private instructor in order to receive guidance.
Aside from this point, the experience was truly fantastic, and I really enjoyed my time at the resort. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to return in the future.

We had a fantastic week in Valmorel. The snow quality was very good (lucky us) and we had a great time snowboarding. Our ESF instructor (Remy) was excellent.
The hotel was very good - well maintained and good facilities. The food was lovely although a bit more variety would have been nice.

Our first Club Med experience really lived up to expectations - we had an amazing week! The hotel was fab and the food was delicious - we were so impressed by the variety and quality produced. The wait staff were always welcoming and accommodating - particularly Hamde who gave our little 9 month old lots of attention and helped to entertain her!

We were impressed by the Baby Club and Petit Club - the staff were warm and friendly and I felt really confident leaving our 3 year old and 9 month old in their care. In baby club, Poppy was always welcomed with such joy and she was happy to see them all (Camille, Loane, Louna, Amarys and Amber) - with a special mention to Anaise who was so lovely to me when she knew it was the first time I was leaving her.
Lyla loved her ski school lessons in the morning and enjoyed the arts and crafts of Petit Club - Thomas and Soleen were so kind to her!

We really enjoyed the ski resort and were impressed at how well maintained the pistes were despite no snow for a while - it was also great that we could take our 3 year old up for a ski in the mountains using the free bus to get to the bubble.

The staff really do make the experience and you feel so welcomed by them all - we would definitely recommend to anyone this resort.

We've had a wonderful time and I would suggest this trip to my friends. The skiing conditions and weather has been excellent, as per our ski guide.
