If you are looking for a nice stay with your family and practice sport activities, this is the place to be. Top staff like anouchka, always available. Good food !
Plenty of activities (Tennis, Circus, fitness, yoga, body pump....).
And what about the kids club. Kids were so happy to spend time there with the team (Camille). Again, perfect stay.

First of all, the facility and the variety of activities offered are very satisfying for both kids and adults. The quiet zones designed for adults throughout the resort are highly successful compared to other Club Med properties (especially compared to the ski resorts).

The service quality at the restaurant and bar was excellent; the staff were always friendly, fast, and helpful. The quality and taste of the ingredients at the restaurant were excellent, but I think the variety could be improved. I also believe the coffee served at breakfast could definitely be replaced with a better option—at least a good filter coffee choice could be added. (like Val d'Isere) Similarly, I would have expected to find capsule coffee in the rooms instead of instant coffee.

The Mini Club staff was highly attentive and welcoming; we would like to send a big thank you to Vava and Julie.

The tennis instructors were both highly professional and encouraging during the group lessons. Thanks to them, I have taken up tennis again after a long break. A huge thank you to Tomas!

The check-in and check-out processes were carried out with great ease and speed. We didn't experience even the slightest inconvenience. The front desk listened to all our requests and helped us with a smile. They fixed the minor technical issues in our rooms on the very same day.

Additionally, the boutique staff was incredibly helpful with everything. Their product variety and brand selection were successful. Perhaps in the upcoming season, they could also include a few golf brands.

This is a French Resort primarily for French people. Unfortunately, I can only speak very basic French and this affected my enjoyment. I had to keep asking the GOs to translate instructions into English which gets a bit tiresome after a few days. On one activity (an evening hike to a viewpoint, which was wonderful by the way), there was absolutely no English translation which I thought could have been a little dangerous from a H&S perspective.

As a solo destination, it’s OK as there’s a social table in the restaurant, but you need to speak French unless you’re very fortunate, as I was, and meet some very lovely people who were happy to speak English or translate. Unfortunately, the solo traveller cocktails were cancelled due to low numbers which was disappointing. However, the manager was very accommodating when we complained.

On the positive side, the resort is lovely, the facilities great and the food magnificent. There’s a lovely friendly vibe too. However, if I was to book a holiday like this again, I’d go with Neilson.

From the moment we arrived, we received a very friendly and professional welcome from the receptionist Tomás. The rooms were large, modern, and very well equipped. There was a huge variety of activities, excellent buffets with a wide selection and outstanding quality, and the entire staff was extremely friendly. An experience worth repeating.

We had a fantastic family stay during the Easter holidays. With active children it was easy to keep them entertained and we learnt to play Padel. We need to give a huge shout out to coach Tomas. He was the best. We all really enjoyed our time with him and can now play Padel as a family. Our children also had Tomas (by request) for some tennis lessons. Again, he was fantastic and both children improved their tennis immensely. If you need tuition, ask for Tomas!
