Perfect whole-family holiday
5/5 • 30/09/2025We loved the location of our room and the beautiful view of the ocean. Our room was comfortable and kept beautifully clean on a daily basis by Anshika. We felt very welcome by all staff, especially Olivier, Chef de Village and Pazel, the friendly face on the beach. We couldn’t fault the food - the range to choose from is great and caters for the whole family! This was our fourth time at Club Med Pointe aux Canonniers and it didn’t fail our expectations!

Amazing
5/5 • 26/09/2025Everything was great. From the room to the food to staff and GOs. Special mention to GOs Reezy, Rhonwen, Beverley, Yaya, Loic and Gary who made our stay even extra amazing. Nothing fell short and all my expectations were exceeded.
My room keeper added a special touch with giving me a different towel animal everyday. Absolutely amazing

Best holiday destination and outstanding service
5/5 • 24/09/2025Best holiday we as a family have ever experienced. The resort, the rooms, the food, the beaches and activities are next level! Every single staff member is extremely helpful, kind and friendly. Special mention to Heena, who always came in and cleaned our rooms. Girish and Vega who helped us every evening at the restaurant. Very quickly learning what we all drank at each meal and ensured it was there for us. Jason (SA) and Rakesh at the Bar always smiling and quick to assist. Last but not least, Elias (SA) wine consultant who we quickly befriended and always checked in. Another very special mention was that we had family photos taken by Sajeev, you have never seen such beautiful photos of us as a family capturing the happiness and the special moments we got to experience on this amazing and special family holiday.
Everything about this place is next level and I would highly recommend it to everyone I know!
