Exceeds Expectations
5/5 • 21/01/2025Club Med Columbus is one of a kind, providing 99% of the hospitality services on this 160 square kilometre island and making the most of the geography. Despite what must be a challenging resort to supply, the food and beverage services are a cut above expectations. The South African chef Kawawi created a diverse menu with something for everyone. The sommelière Julia gave us spot on advice on wine. The bar staff, including the ever-joyful Ari mixed some mean drinks.
Despite being one of the smaller Club Med resorts, the menu of sports and activities is up there with the best of them. Shout out to Guedi at tennis and Behruz at water sports. We participated in the weekly armada which allows guests to sail northeast along the coast and check out some off resort beaches which was a great activity.

5/5 • 19/01/2025We've been visiting Club Med properties for over 30 years, and our expectations were met and exceeded at our recent visit to Columbus Isle. From our warm greeting by (interim CdeV) Micka, Elisa and the rest of the GO team to the day of our departure we felt cared for and could see the positive staff dynamic throughout our visit. Benjamin, Isaac, and Baptiste were consistently approachable and provided a great grounding for our exercise, dance and entertainment experience. Coco and Jayne also provided great workouts and yoga classes.
Overall the club is well run, and if you are a scuba fan it may be top 5 in the portfolio. We look forward to our next visit.

Wonderful vacation at a beautiful spot!
5/5 • 19/01/2025Just spent a relaxing and fun week at Columbus Isle, I am a big fan of that resport. It has great tennis, sailing and paddleboarding, a beautiful long beach, delicious food and excellent wines were recommended by the sommeliere Julia, we even took pics of some labels to buy them again at home!

Excellent Resort
5/5 • 18/01/2025We spent a lovely beach holiday at one of the most beautiful and relaxing Club Meds. With comfortable rooms, crystal clear waters, and beautiful sandy beaches, you truly feel as though you are in paradise.
However, our stay was truly made special by the outstanding GO team. The restaurant team were incredibly welcoming and the charming sommelière Julia gave us many excellent recommendations. Moreover, the sailing team led by Behruz truly went above and beyond despite the challenging wind conditions.
