Excellent service, great activities, super clean pool. Amazing food, kind and friendly CHEF. Highly recommend. Beach is fantastic. Cleaned early in the morning. Perfect spot to watch the sunrise.

We had a fantastic experience with the staff, GO Tarryn was amazing with the kids activities and even joined us for a few meals, she is so nice. GO Ujang was an awesome golf teacher. It was our first time to a club med, and we really liked the range and quality of the structured activities, the adult only pool, the kids club and nanny options. We will be back! Only feedback would be to have some more dietary info on the food eg what is gluten free.

AMAZING PLACE! Beautiful Rooms. The friendliest staff. Gentleman who checked us in (I think his name was Niki) was beyond amazing! So helpful and always saying hello to us each day and chatting to our kids. The food options were endless and delicious. SO many activities for adults and kids. My son LOVED doing the trapeze. Pino and Jessie were so wonderful to him and all the other kids. All the night shows and themed nights were spectacular. The app was so handy to have downloaded on my phone. It would tell me all the activities of the day and at what time etc. Just an absolutely wonderful 10 days at Club Med Bali. Cannot wait to go back!

This should say it all - I have been to Club Med Bali about 13 times. I keep returning (even though I have visited other Clubs located in Asia on multiple occasions). Suffice it to say, that I'm returning in 2 weeks time for another holiday.

There are so many fabulous GO's and it's likely I will omit mentioning many.

Rio has been a lovely, thoughful and entertaining friend, along with Morne who manages the restaurants so well and is a joy to speak with. The Deck restaurant is also extra special. In March, we met Baruada, Dewi, Ayu and Anita at The Deck, among others. A special lady working on Reception, Hiroku, has also welcomed us many times and provides special attention. I will mention you by name after my visit in May. Kevin, I am returning to do more water yoga/relaxation under your tutelage. Lee also did a great job of introducing and bringing people together.

The food is so varied and delicious as are the drinks served by competent and friendly bar staff (too many to mention), including Nyoman and Rata who have also become friends of many years standing.

The golf pro who has worked for decades at the Club is such a nice, friendly and patient man who has given helpful lessons to so many people I know.

There are always such warm welcomes and you can't help but feel at home in your second home. Ongoing entertainment is also available if you wish to participate, including water aerobics, various classes, etc. etc.

The Zen Pool is one of my favorite, peaceful/comfortable areas, however outside that quiet location, it is so easy to meet new people and have interesting conversations.

Although not the cheapest holiday, everything is included and one can relax thoroughly whilst being pampered from early morning until late at night.

In my next review, I will mention many more of the fabulous go's who are hard-working, friendly and go above and beyond.
