It was the best holidays in Bali !! The go team is incredible I would like to thank the chef de village Houcem and Amine for this memorable holiday and thank you Amine for dancing with me every night at every crazy signs , I also had a unforgettable time with the flying trapeze team like Marie who helped me achieve lots of different poses ,Jérémie who caught my first knee hang catch ,Daniel who was always talking to me and having to handle me and ami that helped me with my second catch, hocks off .then I can’t say thank you enough to Hans who takes care of the youth/teens club !! Thank you for taking care of all of us and always having fun activities to do and always laughing with us !! It was very fun doing the aqua gym with hamza some days and Vitoria some other days !! Also thank you very much to sympa,lautenzo and all the bar team for making every drinks (even special orders)! Also thank you the receptionist like Adeline that has the same name as me !!! And bouteina who greeted us here and the restaurant team (and thank you very much Othmane for the surprise you organised on my birthday). We can’t forget how comfortable the bedrooms are !! And the view is incredible ,lastly I would like to thank all the staff in club med Bali for making us feel at home and greeting us !! We will try and come back after this great stayyy thank youuuuu soooooooo much !!!

My husband and I have just returned from Club Med Bali and had a fantastic time. Honestly, I'd live there if I could.
We had read a couple of negative reviews following the fire that took out the main restaurant, but our experience was nothing but positive. Kudos to the management team and staff for creating a fun holiday vibe despite capped guest numbers. While the food selection was not quite as varied as it would be under normal circumstances, the food and beverage team did an amazing job, including two garden dinners and one dinner around the pool in the 10 days we were there.
On the other side of the coin, the reduced numbers meant it was peaceful during the day, with ample banana lounges available, lots of room in both pools and the ability to spend more time with the GOs, which is always fun and interesting.
The Chef de Village, Houcem, was away on a business trip for most of the time we were there, but he left Amine in charge, who was present, available and personable - we are big fans of having someone in charge who is both visible and accessible if needed.
As usual, there was a huge variety of activities on offer - the lower guest numbers did not affect the available choices of things to do.
And now, to what makes Club Med the place for us, the GOs and GEs. Most of the staff put in very long hours and work very hard to give guests a great holiday experience and it is truly appreciated. Thank you to: GE restaurant staff - nothing is too much trouble, and they are all friendly, smiling and helpful, bar staff - for waiting on us hand and foot, Tawan for his archery instruction and friendliness, and Bouteina for her friendliness and help at reception. Special mentions also for Ruth, Melanie and Vittoria - all warm, lovely and friendly people - it was a pleasure to talk to you, and Ruth gives the best hugs! A huge thanks also to Lee, who goes out of his way to connect people to each other, especially those travelling alone - his efforts made a big difference and meant that we had a lovely community of Club Med buddies to have fun with, including making a friend from Singapore who we are already planning to see again. Thank you Lee and I'm sorry we didn't see you to say goodbye before we left.
Last, but not least, my personal favourite, Hamza. What a "force de la nature" he is. It makes me tired just watching him work - he gives everything to what he does - whether taking fitness classes during the day or leading the party at night. He is warm, kind and funny and talks to everyone, irrespective of age, ethnicity or gender. My husband and I are in our 60s and Hamza took the time to talk to us extensively and ensure we were having a good time. Thank you, Hamza, it was sincerely appreciated - and your hugs were pretty good too.
Thank you to all the people who made our trip so successful - it's always a pleasure to return to our Club Med family and I can't wait to go back again.

Fantastic Tennis Lessons with “General Lee”!

I had the pleasure of joining Lee’s tennis lessons every morning, and they truly made my stay extra special!

I affectionately nicknamed him “General Lee” because of his mock-strict attitude, but don’t let that fool you! Lee has a wonderful way of making everyone smile. His good humour and warm personality are infectious, and the positive vibe he creates stays with you long after you leave the court.

But Lee is much more than a great tennis coach. He has a real talent for bringing people together. He always makes an effort to notice guests who arrive at the Club on their own and helps them feel welcome and part of the group. That thoughtful touch makes a real difference and ensures everyone feels included and has a great time.

You might sign up for the tennis, but you soon realize that the best part is the atmosphere Lee creates and the pleasure of seeing him every morning!

If you’re staying at the Club, playing tennis with General Lee is a sure way to make your holiday a success!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Club Med! The whole team did an amazing job organising all the activities and everything ran smoothly throughout my holiday.
