Bintan Island Indonesia

This was our first visit to a Club Med resort. We cannot express enough how amazing this place was. We were impressed by so much, that I do not know where to start. The food- unbelievable- like a five star restaurant each day. The highest quality-So much Variety- fresh- healthy- and delicious. Kids were celebrated and plenty to choose from for fussy eaters. The children’s club team, sports coaches and also the hospitality and spa staff- made the place so perfect for us and our new friends which we made at the resort.
They were incredibly hardworking- (not often seen in this generation) kind, funny, helpful. Their energy and commitment to excellent experiences was unbelievable. Our children were encouraged- as well as the parents to join in- but never forced. In fact they were so engaging, we wanted to join in- every single night- for shows, dancing, sports tournaments and more. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like royalty! Starting with the concierge , reception, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen team, front of house , bar, GO team, entertainers, lifeguards , sports coaches, circus and the manager Julien- also joining the activities day and night- we were welcomed to their home and treated to the best holiday- it wasn’t only my daughter who shed a tear on the journey home.

My child(Ian) had the best time at Club Med Bintan, especially at the Mini Club.
She grew so attached to the G.O.s that she cried on our way back home, saying she wanted to return.
A huge thank you to Sheeva, Tariq, and Eva for being so warm, kind, and attentive. You created such a happy memory for her (and for us as parents, too).

This was an absolutely INCREDIBLE family holiday at ClubMed Bintan!!
From the minute we arrived where the whole ClubMed team were waving at us (White Lotus style!!) to the moment we left, we simply cannot fault this place!!

I would personally like to thank the flying trapeze team Zippy, Pino, Beatrix, Sandy and Abi…who taught my twins how to FLY!! This team are special!! You can tell they LOVE their job and they are SO good at it!! … the confidence they instilled in my kids they will remember forever!!

Also beautiful Angel who was the Teen Club GO Leader, what a gorgeous human!! Kept my 13 year old daughter entertained the whole time and so funny and so much fun!! We won’t forget you either Angel!!

We also can’t thank Ruby, Kimi, Anna and Martin enough and their wonderful attention and Chef de Mission Julien who kept everything running smoothly …
The nightly shows showcased their amazing talent and kept us entertained all night!!
Morning Yoga, tennis, archery and the food was delicious!! And just so much more to do!!

We were very impressed with Club Med Bintan in our first stay that we came back again and plan to go back in the future. Great GO team (specially Pettite and Mini Club) and Chief of Village. Probably the best Club Med we have stayed.

I always have a great time whenever I come to Bintan with the GO team.
Despite it being such a busy period for New Years, they are so positive and energetic and always make activities fun. They will ensure that you are having a good time whether it's during daily activities, meals, drinks and crazy signs. The shows are also so fun to watch every night as the team is so talented.

They even celebrated my birthday with me during dinner which was really special for me to be surrounded by the team who have become my friends over time.

Lunch at the recently updated Terrace restaurant was so peaceful overlooking the beach. The food available during the outdoor dinner was also really delicious it's such a nice experience to have dinner by the pool while watching the show. As well as the snacks and satay during the sunset bbq by the beach.

Overall, always a wonderful time in Bintan full of sports, activities and great friends.
