Best holiday for parents which you take an hour boat ride from Singapore, and the moment you step in Clubmed Bintan, heaven is right there! Throw your kids to the kids club, where they are well taken care of by lovely GOs (Sheeba, Valentino, Ploy, Liz, Omen, Moe, Eva, Bridetia, Tariq, Eryan, Melay), they have fun activities for the kids and they even take care of lunch/dinner, so you can wine and dine like a civilian.
Highly recommend the tennis course by Bian, he got us hooked for the sport as first timer, excellent coaching!

Beach bar is the best ever, this private beach is 5 star rating! White soft sand with crystal clear water, you can do snorkeling around the shore, and catch the crabs with kids too. Or just drink non stop at the bar, I love this 100000%

We had such a wonderful experience with the Mini Club during our stay at Club Med Bintan. A special thank you to all the amazing G.Os — Sheeba, Valentino, Ploy, Liz, Omen, Moe, Eva, Bridetia, Tariq, Eryan and Melya — for taking such great care of our daughter, Adrielle.

Everyone was so warm, friendly, attentive and patient with her. Adrielle had so much fun joining the activities and was always excited to go back to the Mini Club. As parents, it gave us great peace of mind knowing that she was in such good hands.

We really appreciate how the team made Adrielle feel welcomed, comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. Their energy and genuine care for the children really stood out.

Our family had such an amazing experience at Club Med, especially with the kids! Everyone was incredibly welcoming, kind, and wonderful with our girls, making our stay truly special and memorable.

A huge thank you to Silver, Sara, Ovi, Jamal, and Alicia for being absolutely fantastic with the kids. They were so patient, encouraging and caring and they made the girls feel comfortable and confident from the very beginning. The trapeze experience was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The girls absolutely loved it. They were smiling, laughing, and so excited every time they got to do it and we had to be there early.

The shows and entertainment were also incredible. Every performance was so energetic and entertaining. You could really see the passion and talent that every performer put into the shows. The music, dancing, costumes, acrobatics, and overall atmosphere were fantastic, and there was always something exciting to watch. Our girls especially loved seeing the performers and were completely amazed by the talent on stage.

We really appreciated how much effort every performer and member of the entertainment team put into making each show special. They kept both the children and adults entertained, and the quality of the performances was far beyond what we expected.

A special thank you again to Silver, Sara, Ovi, Jamal, and Alicia for making our girls feel so welcome and for creating such wonderful memories for them. Their kindness and energy made such a difference.

We would absolutely recommend this resort to families with children. The trapeze, amazing shows, talented performers, and wonderful staff and food made our stay unforgettable. The girls loved every minute of it and are already talking about coming back! ❤️

It was a one of a kind experience that me and my family enjoyed thoroughly. The experience was made extra special by the hospitality and love from GOs Mimi, Jay, Noh and Dani. They all really went the extra mile to make my stay memorable. Special mention to Sheeba and team for managing so many kids all day so that the parents can enjoy.

WONDERFUL holidays with a very good atmosphere and a wide range of high-performing GOs fully aligned with the Club Med policy: hospitality, competence, friendliness, smiles, sharing,...

Very nice facilities (including sports) with a beautiful living environment and a beautiful beach.

A Deluxe room with sea view of extreme comfort and quality, as well as the cleaning. Thank you to DENDY for his work, his kindness, his daily smile, and his involvement. We remain in contact!

The catering is very good and varied. The dishes are refined, and the all the GEs at the restaurant are smiling, attentive, and efficient.
Special mention to TIARA, a ray of sunshine who welcomes us and guides with pleasure and quality. And above all, BENZ, a true conductor in charge of restaurants who listens to the GMs, responds perfectly to their requests. What attention, availability and kindness!

The shows produced by the GOs are of very good quality and often change during the two weeks. Congratulations to choreographer GHINA and the Circus Team

You can also party in Bintan and enjoy all the sports activities. We don’t get bored! Thank you to BATU, potential Chef de Village, for his dynamism, his attentiveness and the attention paid especially to my son, Théo (Apprentice Head of the Village)!

As for the Village Chief, JOSE-LUIS, already met in Cancun, he is always friendly, smiling and available. He is present and accessible every day, the Club runs very well under his responsibility and that of his teams! A very good Chef de Village , very human and attentive, he is sincere, involved, I always appreciate him as much !

Let’s move on to our Coup de Coeurs and Special Thanks:

• CAYLEIGH, GO Water Sports Supervisor, is a very good South African GO that promotes friendliness between the GMs and with the Club. Attentive, dynamic, involved, always smiling, positive, present. A GO Coup de Coeur like we don’t see many of her in Club med because she is passionate about her job! Very positive!

• MIMI, GO Meetings is a very beautiful person and also a Coup de Coeur. She is always smiling and caring with the GMs. We enjoy talking with her. She deserves another great assignment!

• KAJA, Sports Terrestres Supervisor and BYAN, GO Tennis. Two beautiful personalities who have a rich sporting past, strong experience, and are talented in their field:
   Kaja is always warm and cheerful. She is a real Swiss knife, has strong scenic talent, and is always attentive to GMs.
   Byan is very professional, of rare kindness. Smiling, never counting his hours. He is a potential Head of Sports, who is everywhere!

Finally, thank you to:

• the Boutique with VITA and ZELFI for their closeness to customers and their great kindness. Beautiful human qualities and very effective in customer relations!
  In conclusion, I hope that all the GOs mentioned will be valued and will get the Club or the (new) position of their choice. They deserve it.

I loved Bintan! I will be happy to come back, especially to see all these GOs and GEs that have allowed us to disconnect and enrich ourselves humanly through our exchanges, their cultures and closeness. Indonesians are adorable.
