Bintan Island Indonesia

This Bintan trip we had is the best holiday we ever experienced there’s so much fun and excitement, the food are good, the room are clean (deluxe sea view) A_1201.
The staff (G.O.) are very friendly and approachable, if I can remember their name those I met is Batu, Ronald, Matthew, Martin, Benito, Hazzim and those name I’ve never mentioned they were fantastic , it’s truly a wonderful and fabulous experience specially the beach the sand is perfect the sea is calm and clean. I will recommend this Club Med to my friends and colleagues.
The next time I’m sure there will be next time I will bring my 2 daughter.

Travelled with our 3 young kids. Beautiful beach and sunrise. Mosquitoes there were relentless! Wish that there were more à la carte restaurants as it was tough trying to manage 3 kids at a buffet.

The mini club GOs were great with the kids and full of fun and energy and our kids enjoyed themselves!

We have enjoyed our stay in ClubMed Bintan. The service from the crew was great - in particular, Sam from Waterfall Cafe. I told him I was lactose intolerant and he went to get me some oat milk and made me a cup of oat cappuccino even though it is not served at this cafe.

The other staff who were great and left an impression included Arun, Benz from F&B.

The rooms were great and the food was amazing. Kudos to the team who put all the performances together. We enjoyed every show especially Cinta Indonesia where the crew taught the children they took care of in the kids club the dances.

We will be back!

A huge shoutout to the GOs who made us feel genuinely at home throughout our stay. They didn't just do their jobs, they went above and beyond to engage with both adults and children throughout the resort.

Special thanks to Jeevan, Yu Yun, Zan and Noor. Whether we were walking between activities, dining at the restaurant or attending evening events, they always took the time to stop for a chat, check in on us and make us feel welcome.

Zan from the Sports Team, especially archery, was fantastic. He joined us for a meal one day and was always coming by for a quick chat whenever we saw him around the resort. Those small interactions made a big difference and added to the warm, friendly atmosphere that Club Med is known for.

Noor was always smiling and full of positive energy. One evening, she stayed with the children and played with them well past 11pm while the adults enjoyed the party. It was such a thoughtful gesture and something we truly appreciated.

I also enjoyed hearing the GOs share stories about other Club Med resorts around the world. Their passion for the brand is contagious and honestly made us want to visit more Club Med destinations in the future.

One of the highlights of every day was meal time. The atmosphere at the Waterfall Restaurant was exceptional. A special mention goes to Benz, who managed both the crowd and his team with remarkable professionalism. Everything seemed to run smoothly under his leadership.

What stood out was how attentive the restaurant staff were. They proactively offered drinks, cleared plates promptly when guests left for another round of food and even cleaned up spills immediately without being asked. The service felt natural, genuine and consistently excellent throughout our stay.

Now for the food. It was simply outstanding.

Executive Chef Asmi is incredibly talented and clearly takes immense pride in his craft. It was impressive how knowledgeable he was about every dish and ingredient being served. The crayfish was perfectly prepared, fresh and delicious without any unpleasant raw taste. Every dish was beautifully presented, looking more like something from a high-end restaurant than a buffet.

What impressed me most was the balance and variety. Every meal offered thoughtfully prepared vegetables, quality proteins and healthy sides such as potatoes and quinoa. There was something for everyone, including excellent beef, lamb, pork and vegan options. The dessert selection was equally impressive.

The food genuinely seems to get better with every visit, which is one of the reasons we keep returning to Club Med Bintan.

I would also like to recognize the Welcome and Guest Services team. The WhatsApp service was responsive, friendly and informative throughout our stay. Whether we had questions, requests or needed updates, the team replied promptly and was always helpful. It made the entire experience feel seamless and gave us confidence that assistance was always just a message away.

We left with wonderful memories, happy children, very full stomachs and a long list of reasons to return. Thank you to the entire team for another memorable stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
