It is such a good place to disconnect and recharge while having fun at the same time. The organisers are attentive to your needs. If you play sports, do you yoga you will enjoy your stay at this resort. The only issue i had was the music as this is more of a family oriented resort there was no variety of music but that is to be expected. Definitely recommend having your stay here.

Very impressed with the overall service provided by Welcome & Reception team, F & B team and Housekeeping team. Suitable for short getaways. Will consider visiting again after the end of 2026 when renovation is scheduled to be completed.

Why did we return to Club Med Bintan?

It was not about the facilities, the food, or the activities. It was about the genuine warmth and hospitality we received from every single staff member at Club Med Bintan, who made our wedding anniversary and my birthday truly special and unforgettable.

To Frantz Lim and his team, Coco and co., thank you for the wonderful surprises prepared in our room and the beautifully arranged dinner table. You truly made us feel celebrated and cherished.

To Head Chef Mr Asim, his dedicated kitchen team, and Sam , thank you for your tireless effort in creating such scrumptious cuisines from daybreak till late at night to delight your guests’ palates.

Finally, to all the amazing Club Med GOs — Coco, Zan, Clarissa, Kevin, Sasya, Kawi, Anne (the one with the beautiful and powerful voice), Ghita, Noor, and Kimberly — thank you for your warmth, for keeping us company at every meal, for entertaining us throughout our stay, and for making our trip so meaningful. You are truly the reason we want to return to Club Med again and again.

This is my first club med experience, and it definitely won’t be the last. It has been a life changing experience in club med, where there wasn’t any dull moment at all!

The beach was pristine and beautiful, every corner looks like a Instagram worthy spot, food was great, but it’s the people that make it shine.

Club med bintan’s GOs are the biggest draw factor for me. Coco from reception team greeted us and let us appreciate how club med runs. Clarissa from aqua fit bringing the energy and the fitness into all our workouts. Ronald with his beautiful voice in live music segments. Dr Becky who was assuring and helpful when my wife fell down!

A truly special mention to Beverly from aerial yoga, for sharing not only aerial yoga tips, but also life tips. If you ever get a chance to have a meal with a GO, PLEASE SAY YES it’s so special to see things from their perspective!

When I questioned whether ALL INCLUSIVE was real, it really was! There’s always a paid option, but they were never pushy about it, and readily gave information only upon request.

Club med, I’ll be back.

This was our family’s eight visit to Club Med Bintan, and it continues to impress us in new ways each time we return. What stands out most is the consistency of service and the genuine warmth of the GOs, who once again made our 5-day stay comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and patience—especially when engaging with families—remain a key reason we keep coming back.The resort is delivers a high-quality all-inclusive holiday that is both relaxing and perfect for all ages.

One of the highlights of my stay was without doubt the trapeze. The trapeze team-- Abii, Sandy, Pinocchio, Zippy, Beatrice-- who were extremely professional, friendly, and encouraging.the whole experience was thrilling and fun.

The other highlight of my stay was at night. The G.O.s will put together a show ranging from circus to traditional shows every night. After the show, there will be a party with dances and songs from all the generations.

The rest of the resort was just as impressive. There were so many activities throughout the day that it was impossible to get bored. The G.O.s were amazing-- welcoming, energetic, and always ready to help and entertain. Which certainly boosted the experience.

Thanks to the Mini Club G.O.s-- Zan, Syasya, Kimi, Angel, Dimas, Kelvin, Wood, Eva, Liz, Eryan, Sheeba, Melani, Gus, Tariq, and Husen--who took care of my son.

The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices at every meal, catering to different cuisines and preferences-- from Asian to Western they had it all! Even though the restaurant could be busy at times, the service and quality of the food remained excellent.I really appreciate the Food and Beverage Team who made an effort to make my family a special seafood meal on the day of our departure. Thanks to Ravi, Carlos, Chef Asim, Dani, Dery, Sam, Syarif, Bank, and Francis of the meal.

The activities at the resort continue to be well organised and engaging. Power Walk, Aerial Yoga and the various sports such as badminton and table tennis were particularly enjoyable. My son loved the bouncy castles, playing UNO cards, and temporary tattoos, and were equally enthusiastic about Mini Club activities such as archery, badminton, and having meals with peers their age.

Although I have read many reviews saying the room is old, I feel that it is the least important part of the stay and you should enjoy the activities. After all, the room is the least stayed part of the stay.

Overall, Club Med Bintan continues to exceed our expectations in every way possible.I would highly recommend it and would absolutely love to return more times in the future.
