Food is definitely 5 star, especially Korean food, as we saw so many Koreans taking the plates. I can’t forget the super good croissants from here. All cuisines are super nice and delicate. We stay for 10 days, on night we even have fresh oysters from France!

The room is also the nicest among all CM we went. Super new and big, my kid loves his bed. We live in front of the family oasis, but it’s actually far from the main area, needed to take shuttle bus.

If you like to do sports, don’t miss Ari’s yoga, and definitely tried to finish Alpha’s cardio class. Awan’s tennis and paddle class are professional as he has over 18 yrs in CM.

Thanks for the excursion center, I have over 30 times diving experience but Eurodiver helped me took the most beautiful pictures under water. Really appreciated, thank you Takuya and the beautiful Excursions manager Kira for checking the kids early drop off and late pickup.

And the petit club! Thank you Doreen and Emilie to draw with my kid, and Pomelo,Manow. And we also met two GO from binging, Ploy, and Jamel, they recognized us immediately lol Thank you Boyboy for sharing ur experience at costume design, we can see your hardworking on stage.

This was our first Club Med experience and definitely won't be the last! My family of three had a fantastic time at Clud Med over five days. We were initially quite worried as it would be the first time that our 10-month-old baby would be away from us, but the baby club crew took such great care of her! The team - Doreen, Pomelo, Rama, Emilie, were excellent! Doreen and Pomelo took videos and photos of her from time to time, keeping us assured that she is doing well. The team is also very detail-oriented, they labelled all her items and made sure to put simple instructions on her skin care routine on all the bottles. We were also pleasantly surprised to see that the restaurant took additional care and effort to ensure that there were food options available for our baby. For adults, there are also plenty of activities available. We had loads of fun with Awan, for Paddel and Tennis lessons. The newly revamped family oasis water park is great and we thorougly enjoyed it. I would strongly recommend families with kids to come to Club Med!

The trip exceeded our expectations! The GOs were incredibly talented, friendly, and professional, making our experience truly enjoyable. We stayed at one of the Family Oasis rooms, our little one loved the water park so much. Even though our little one didn’t join the Mini Club, the staff from the Mini Club made thoughtful efforts to invite her to their activities whenever they saw our family. Their genuine care and attention really stood out. Highly recommended for families looking for a warm and engaging environment!

We had a wonderful family holiday. This was our fourth time at Club Med and Phuket did not disappoint! The relaxing beach vibe with plenty of activities to suit everyone made this a perfect location. A highlight of our stay was the amazing G.Os who made our experience so special. Cara from Teens Club was a standout - the kids LOVED her high energy and caring personality. Azizul, the Restaurant Manager was always welcoming and made our stay extra special, providing us with a very special White Night experience. Se provided great entertainment and camaraderie from the Rock Climbing Wall to the daily pool games. Finally, we loved Frank's afternoon Trivia beside the main bar. We cannot wait to return!!
