Club Med Phuket was so good and theres so many things that were amazing. The food options was incredible with a large variety and was free flow, the activities were endless with new things to try everyday. Teens club led by Cara was super fun as well and I enjoyed it so much

it was very enjoyable all the people working there were super friendly and all the people there were very inviting and made the activities super fun and not awkward. It was rlly rlly rlly fun and the vibes were all amazing and it made my trip there super fun ☺️ I think one person who made my trip rlly good was Cara😍 she was extremely helpful and nice and friendly and didnt leave me out of any of the activities even if I came late. She was also never mean or anything. She was super super nice and friendly 😊 she also always had a smile on her face which is very inviting and kind. Cara also was very very encouraging and even when I was scared at first to do the flying trapeze she always encouraged me and helped me gain the courage to try it out and in the end it was really fun. And in the teen club she made everything soososos FUNN and at first I was super nervous but when I started talking to Cara I felt all the nervousness slowly fade and it was SOSOSO funn. Thank you Cara for making this trip so enjoyable for me!!! 💗💗I would definitely come again💕💕

My partner and I have had the opportunity to travel to over 40 countries and previously stayed at Club Med Finolhu once and Kani twice – all of which left us with great memories.

However, this time at Club Med Phuket truly exceeded all of our expectations.

We were impressed by the high-energy staff who were always cheerful, enthusiastic, and genuinely eager to help.

Every single meal was absolutely delicious.

Each activity was well-timed and smoothly organized to accommodate all guests effectively.

One unique and memorable highlight was how the staff would join guests at the dining table. At first, it caught us by surprise, but we quickly came to appreciate this culture that reflects the hotel’s philosophy – where staff are genuinely happy, and this happiness creates a friendly, family-like atmosphere for guests. It's a remarkable difference from other hotels we've experienced.

A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for the warm welcome and exceptional hospitality, especially:

1. Khun Aoy – Such a lovely person! Always attentive without being asked, proactively offering assistance when needed. She's highly skilled and incredibly kind.

2. Khun Manao – Another fantastic staff member who always made our stay fun and engaging. She was friendly, helpful, and constantly checking in with great activity suggestions.

3. Alicia – In charge of the Treetop Adventure. As a beginner, I would never have dared try this without her guidance. Her professionalism and encouragement made it a highlight of our trip!

4. Bar Team – Special thanks to Nova, Benz, Saipan, Ryu, and Zom for the thoughtfully prepared and wonderful drinks that added a perfect touch to our experience.

Also, thank you to every other staff member, including the housekeeping team, who helped make our stay truly unforgettable.

This trip was one of the best experiences we've ever had.
We will definitely visit Club Med resorts around the world again whenever we can.

We had a wonderful stay at Club Med Phuket and wanted to share our appreciation for the exceptional care shown toward our son's gluten-free dietary needs. Traveling with a child who has celiac disease can be challenging, but the team here made the experience feel easy and safe.

One staff member in particular, Rishi, went above and beyond. At every meal, he helped us find safe and varied food options for our son so he wouldn’t get tired of the same meals. He patiently answered all of our questions, double-checked ingredients, and showed a clear understanding of gluten-free requirements.

This thoughtful attention made a big difference to our trip. We specifically chose Club Med Phuket, and brought along three other families, based on its reputation for accommodating dietary restrictions. Our experience confirmed that reputation and then some.

A big thank you to the entire team, and especially to Rishi, for making us feel so well cared for. We are already looking forward to visiting other Club Med resorts in the future.

One note to mention. One evening, there was a business event or party held right outside our room. Our kids were exhausted but could not fall asleep until after 10 p.m. due to the loud music. The hotel manager acknowledged the situation and kindly promised a reimbursement. Unfortunately, it never came through, which left a bit of a sour note at the end of an otherwise excellent stay.
