Cherating Beach Malaysia

I stayed at Club Med Cherating from 19 to 23 June 2025 and had an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, everything felt well thought-out and wonderfully executed.

The food was a real highlight, not your typical buffet. The variety and quality were impressive, with something for every taste, from local dishes to international favourites. Every meal felt like a treat.

What really made the stay memorable were the activities. There was never a dull moment. From watersports like kayaking and sailing to archery and other land-based activities, there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure, the resort delivers.

I’d also like to extend a special thank you to the amazing G.O team who made the experience even more enjoyable:

• Mr Satish, Mr Shen, and Ms Poppy from the Bar Team for their excellent drink combinations and incredible patience managing the crowd. It’s fantastic how they handle everything with a smile.

• Ms Laurel from the Restaurant Team – for her warm hospitality and attentiveness at every meal.

• Ms Jennie from the Spa Team – for her excellent recommendations on the spa packages, which made my experience even more relaxing and rejuvenating.

• And from my daughters: Mr Durian, Ms Bunny, and Ms Mango from the Mini Club! Thank you for being very funny, kind, and nice. They said you were so much fun to be with and really took great care of them. It meant a lot!

Highly recommend Club Med Cherating for anyone looking for a fun, all-inclusive escape with great food, a beautiful natural setting, and a team that goes above and beyond.

Wonderful place for a family holiday with so many activities we could have stayed a month!. We took advantage of the baby club to give us a bit of a rest and the team there were very caring and professional.
All the staff in the resort were very friendly and welcoming.

I had a relaxing solo holiday. The room was comfortable with a nice view. I enjoyed relaxing by the Zen pool with a cocktail in hand reading and enjoying the quiet.
I never felt alone because all the GO’s were so welcoming and stopped for a chat or a drink. Meal times were fun because I always had GO’s offer to keep me company.
Special thank you to Pascaline, Jade, Shuru, Julie, Mario, Dinesh, Cammy & kevin for the company. Also Poppy for always knowing my drink order and Mohana for her help with excursions and having a chat.
The GO’s are what make this place accommodating for any type of trip.
