5/5 • 06/07/2025Staff are amazing. Food is great. Special thanks to Tonky, Gede, Bryan, Poppy’s bar staffs. Many endless programs for teens. Extra experience releasing baby turtles. Hobbie cat experience. Trampoline experience. Treaking looking for wildlife. Night parties are d best entertainment. The chief goes around meeting all guests. Love the train rides.

Furthermore we are bringing 6 months baby, they are kind enough to accommodate our request and let us taking turn.

Exceptional stay for family
5/5 • 03/07/2025It’s our first time in a Club Med resort and the experience was exceptional. Thanks to all the wonderful staff, especially Gini, Nazmi and Jun, for their warm assistance and hospitality. We tried out the trapaze and archery and it was lots of fun. A big thank you to the amazing sports team. Plus, our kids enjoyed the batik painting (hosted by the super friendly Ms Hitomi) very much, and thrilled to bring their work home. This resort is highly recommended for families with kids who would surely have an unforgettable time here.
