Free change of mind

Club Med is temporarily offering a no change fee on new bookings from now till 31 March 2022 up to 7 days before departure.

With no additional charges for only one time, you can rebook a stay to be completed by 30 April 2023.

Your safety is our utmost priority, and we have implemented new health measures in all our resorts worldwide. To create our ‘Safe Together’ measures, we worked alongside government agencies, advisors and a committee of doctors and professors within the scientific community and are following WHO guidelines to take care of you and your loved ones. At Club Med, we are committed to protecting our guests and making sure you can enjoy the dream holiday you've been waiting for.

It is more important than ever to offer security to our valued customers, this is why we have updated the medical assistance cover included in our All-Inclusive holidays. All overseas stays departing now till December 2023 are covered by this new Covid insurance.

1. Will travelers be given COVID-19 test prior to entering Club Med Cherating?
We will not be conducting any tests for guests. However, guests are encouraged to use self-testing kit prior to travel as per government SOP. (Applicable to Malaysian residents only)

2. Will you welcome only vaccinated guests?
Yes, as per the latest government guidelines, only fully vaccinated individuals will be able to stay at our resort.

3. I am fully vaccinated, will my kids be allowed to travel with me regardless of their vaccination status?
Yes, according to the latest government guidelines, fully vaccinated families with kids under 18 years old (even if they are not vaccinated) can travel for a leisure holiday. Proof of the same residence may be required at check-in.

4. I am classified as “Casual Contact” prior to my trip. Will I be allowed to check-in?
Our enhanced safety protocol requires guests to be “Low Risk” during their stay. Unfortunately, you will need to reschedule your stay. Please contact us for assistance.

5. What time is check-in?
Due to reinforced safety measures and protocols, check-in time may be delayed during high occupancy periods. Hence, we advise all guests to check-in starting from 3pm.

6. Will the full buffet experience be available at the main restaurant?
Yes, the full buffet will be available with additional safety precautions taken.

7. Will activities and entertainment be available?
Yes, most activities and evening entertainment will be available with social distancing in place.

8. Will all Kids Club be open for the reopening?
Yes all our Kid’s Club are open (Baby Club Med, Petit Club Med, Mini Club Med and Passworld) and will welcome kids from 0 to 17 years old.

9. Will the beverage station/coffee corner be available?
Yes, beverage station/coffee corner will be available, with service assured by our trained GOs.
