We love the amazing GO team - Michelle who gave us the warmest welcome and walked us to our room on the night we arrived, she also had dinner with us on the second day and introduced another very sweet GO - Alice whom we had lunch together with GO Man, we thoroughly enjoyed their company and our lovely chat over the meals. Moanow took such great care of our kids who were in both mini club and petite club that they couldn’t wait to return to the club next mornings after waking up. All in all we had a wonderful time at Clubmed Phuket - love the GOs and can’t wait to come back for more fun times!!

I can’t thank the Baby Club team enough for their amazing care and support. From the moment we joined, everyone has been incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to both the babies and the parents. The staff truly go above and beyond to make each child feel safe, happy, and engaged.

The environment is always clean, welcoming, and full of SMILES.

As parents, it’s comforting to know our baby is in such good hands. We’re so grateful for the love, patience, and dedication the entire team ‘Manow, Gemma, Polemo, Doreen, Emily, Bam’ shows every day. Thank you for making these early months such a joyful and memorable experience! 💕

Special thanks to the Trapeze team especially Kimmy for being attentive & encouraging to the kids, Jamal who is funny & made the children laugh and Chloe who is very supportive to motivate the kids to try different stunts.

As for the Teens Club, the 2 G.O on 19 Oct have ignored, discriminated & treated rudely on our 3 Asian teens. Instructions are all in French & there is no explanation in English until we asked. The G.O's are always on their phones while the Teens are playing dodge ball game.

On contrary, we had great service from the dining G.O's. Mr Prakash the restaurant Mgr made special arrangement for our 25 pax group with 3 platters of tuna & salmon sashimi. Mr Edmund also assisted us to made table reservation with our room number on the tables so that we could sit together.

The G.O in charged of sending off the guest Ms Kimmy was very efficient to locate our daughter from the kids club & quickly hop on to a luggage buggy to bring my daughter to lobby from Family Oasis as we are rushing to leave Club med phuket.
