Bintan Island Indonesia

We spent over a week at Club Med Bintan with our teens, and it was an amazing time with absolutely brilliant people. The entire GO team gives 150% daily to keep everyone entertained. My teens were highly entertained every single day by the amazing GO Tarek, who is both a pro magician and a genuinely fun guy!

As for my wife and me, we thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the resort. From padel, tennis, and ping-pong to wall climbing, the entertainment options are as diverse as a Netflix menu. Most of the competitions were led by Kaya, who is a bundle of pure energy.

The food was simple but made with very high-quality ingredients, featuring a great, diverse rotation daily. While the evening shows are put on by the GOs and not outside professionals, they honestly looked like pro productions! The resort itself is beautiful, and you can really see a lot of positive future transformations taking place. We also loved playing golf with Richard and Lune. We were very impress of the GO from entertainment (Malaysian with beard) which was also a bomb when it comes to dancing!

Lastly, a special thanks again to Tarek, and to Ari Sentha, who came to greet us and say goodbye. Thank you to Batu for always checking in to see if everything was okay. And finally, congratulations to Jose for providing such a great experience for us and our family!

Had a great time at club med bintan with my family - they have a wide range of activities and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Special shoutout to the archery instructor - Kawi, really funny, patient, chill and skilful.

The only complaint abt the trip would be the amt of stairs we had to climb especially to the sports centre / to the rooms - not very senior friendly in that sense.

Nonetheless, still had a great time! :)

Special shout-outs to Omen, Eva, Kylie, Sheeba, Moe, and Bree—your boundless energy, patience, and genuine care for the children were remarkable. The kids looked forward to seeing you every single day, which gave us complete peace of mind to unwind.
​The energy didn't stop there. A big thank you also to Matthew and Jeevan from the events team for keeping the atmosphere so vibrant, fun, and engaging throughout our stay!
​Another major highlight of our trip was the Flying Trapeze. The entire Circus team is world-class, delivering both breathtaking evening performances and top-tier instruction during the day. A huge thank you to Silver and Sara for their amazing guidance. Their encouragement, strict focus on safety, and expert coaching gave us the confidence to fly!
​Between the beautiful beachfront, great food, and an unbeatable team that makes you feel like family, we couldn't have asked for a better holiday. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Club Med Bintan! The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is fantastic, and what truly makes the experience unforgettable is the incredible team.

A special thank you to Sentha, the Environment & Safety Manager. She doesn't just make sure everyone is safe—she also makes sure every guest feels included, has fun, and enjoys every moment of their stay. She even speaks excellent French, which was a lovely surprise!

A huge shout-out to Tarik, who looks after the teenagers. He is absolutely everywhere! He leads the Crazy Signs with so much energy, performs in almost every show, and is an exceptional magician. He is truly multi-talented and always gives 100% to create a fantastic atmosphere.

The Entertainment Manager, Batu, deserves special recognition as well. He is present all around the resort, bringing endless energy through amazing shows, dances, and entertainment. His enthusiasm is contagious!

At the Sports Center, Kaja was incredibly friendly and always smiling. She organized every tournament, led aquagym sessions, joined the Crazy Signs, and even climbed the rope during the circus show! Her energy and versatility were truly impressive.

During our stay, my daughter twisted her ankle. We had to visit the infirmary several times, and Dr. Becky and Nurse Icha took exceptional care of her. They were always kind, reassuring, professional, and genuinely caring. Their support made a stressful situation much easier for us.

We also had the opportunity to try golf, and Lune and Richard were both incredibly friendly and patient. They helped us improve both our swing and our putting. Richard—who could easily be called the "Tom Cruise of Club Med"—is not only a great golf instructor but also joins the Crazy Signs and actively participates in the resort's entertainment, always with a touch of humor.

Last but certainly not least, Ari, the barista, is without any doubt one of Club Med Bintan's hidden talents. His professionalism, passion, and coffee-making skills are outstanding. Every cup was prepared with care and perfection.
Sometimes he also helps at the bar, where the team is also fantastic, i remember Ruby who is a hard worker and always smiling.

We had a great family trip to club med bintan. Jose, Cayleigh and the sea sports team, Benz restaurant manager and team, pool bar bartenders, kids club and teens club GOs, sorry if I can't recall everyone's names! They really made our trip very memorable and special once again. I had to change my ferry back earlier and it was done in a jiffy. Housekeeping was also very effective and efficient. Looking forward to the new renovated rooms for our next trip.
The kids are already asking for the next trip!
