The room was dated however the view from our room was excellent, but as with any stay at a Hotel, it is the staff that make the difference. We had the pleasure of meeting the manager Sentha, who was more than helpful during our stay, always had a big smile, making sure you felt at home
Staff were amazing. From check in to house keeping to room cleaning to restaurant staff.
Special thank you to Kids club crew who looks after our little one, Winaya for his great service at the room, Chef Ong for his kindness, Roger, Akiha, Matthew, Leo and the Snorkeling team

One of the best resorts our family has ever stayed at. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and always ready to help, pays attention to your family's need.
The service level is simply outstanding. Sentha and Mimi above and beyond although every single staff member was like this-I just couldn’t get everyone’s names.
We look forward to going back again for special occasions and hope to see everyone again soon

Our kids have grown from petit club to teen club in clubmed bintan, and we have never had anything but an absolutely wonderful time there. From the wide variety of food to full array of activities, and of course, the GOs. Special shout out the GOs Rere,syasya, Hayley ,kimi, zan, angel, Garfield , dimas Danial and Vera who ensured the children were fully entertained from morning to night, made to feel cared for and kept safe while doing so. This was the first time we made use of private tennis coaching which was great- Bian was the best tennis coach ever and accommodated the changes in weather. There are three courts for booking but beware the mozzies esp near sunset. Assistant manager housekeeping Ardhan who went out of his way to make our room comfortable and beautiful and was instrumental in making sure the iPad that got left behind made its way back to us the next day. At the bar, Bank was endlessly cheerful and will remember your favourite drink.

I would like to thank all the staff there for being so friendly and warm.

I would like to especially thank Athena, Lina, Vicky, Berta, Sandy, Macy for spending time and eating with us.

I would also like to give praise to family club Bintan, Dimas, Rere, Syasya, Yulia, Hayley, Kimi, Valencia, Ananda, Angel, Zan, Garfield, Danial, Vera for their dedicated love and effort to the children, as well as the sport teams who help out in all the sports station.

My daughter truly enjoys herself and wishes to go back to Bintan club med again.

I would also like to give thanks to Joni who served us at the terrace, constantly asking if we are ok.
