Great option to ski and enjoy with kids.

4/54/5 • 26/04/2025

Excellent support with kids, great option for skiing. Parties, drinks, food, and activities during all week are great but have room for improvement, for instance, no beer during the ski parties, no kids club on Sundays, no ski classes on Saturdays. So if you have 7 nights, you can have 2 days without activities (Sunday afternoon when you arrive, Sunday morning before you leave and Saturday). The afternoon snacks could be more sophisticated, the Restaurant Gourmet menu was not great, no steak, bureaucracy to book and only allowed one night per week.
The ski parties could be more memorable, with more barbecue, beers and snacks. It was quite simple (our expectation were very high)
A great highlight for the kids club team: Octavio, Claudia, Angela, Pierre… life savers that treated our kids so kindly and allowed us to enjoy ski and activities. Overall, all members of the kids club were great and the biggest differential.
ESF ski classes were great and allowed us to learn and enjoy.
At the bar, the best one was Germano always making great drinks.
The manager Hugo injected lots of energy.

Unforgettable Family ski and handi ski trip combined

5/55/5 • 26/04/2025

My family and I travelled to Club Med Panorama Les Arcs in mid- March 2025. This was our second trip to this beautifully renovated club. Last year we were a group of 18 and this year 27 adults and children of varying ages, ski experience and abilities and requirements. This trip was successful in fulfilling everyone's dreams and we are all signed up for next year's ski week though for variety we will be visiting a different Club Med site.
The staff, the equipment, rooms, food and kid's clubs and activities were all wonderful and i can only hope that our next trip will be as successful.
One of our unique features is a member of the group (my adult son) who uses a wheelchair because of a cervical spinal cord injury and owns his own sitski ( a Tessier monoski). He was extremely satisfied with the accessibility of the club both in room and public spaces and France is one of the best accessible ski countries - certainly best in Europe by far.
We were fortunate also in finding a wonderful resource: Bruno Paradis, an experienced ESF ski and Handiski instructor who we hired privately. Bruno was available daily to accompany Arnon and his sitski on myriad slopes and hours of fantastic skiing with various members of our family joining them. Bruno even brought a sitski of his own to help Arnon with his technique from his level and facilitated all the extra challenges sitskiing encounters- ski lift use etc.
I had suffered an accident just 2 months earlier and could not ski on this trip; Bruno was kind enough to bring a guided sitski for me one day and this allowed me to join Arnon and my husband and other sons on a fabulous day on the slopes. Seeing first-hand just how much of a talented sitskier and daredevil my quadriplegic son is was a mixed blessing ;-) !! Another highlight of the day was a stop at a delicious mountaintop restaurant facilitated by Bruno having supplied the restaurant with a wheelchair so Arnon could sit normally and rest from his bulky sitski without needing to be carried.
I can highly recommend both the Club Med Les Arcs Panorama and Bruno Paradis and I urge the ESF and Chef du Village to offer a guided sit ski experience to other guests not able to participate in regular skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing!

Ideal Family Ski Destination

Wonderful food and very comfortable rooms. Staff at kids club were fantastic and coordination with ski lessons from ESF was very smooth and well planned.

Pool and Steam were good but can get crowded and it was missing a sauna.

Lifts were small and very busy which can be annoying for such a big hotel.

It would have been nice to have a dj on the sun terrace.

Staff were friendly and helpful and they work so hard!
