I've been coming to Club Med now for over 40 years both as a guest and working as a GO.

This year has been incredibly impressive.

While we have always felt welcome, this year the care, attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere has been the best we've ever experienced.
I believe this is in no small part to the exceptional leadership of the chief of the village Patrizio, I gave him the nickname of 'The Benchmark' very early on in our stay as he models excellence for all of the team to follow. He is always present and available and inspires the team members of the village by helping them understand why it's important to do what they're doing.

I believe this creates freedom for the individual brilliance and talent of each of the team members to shine.

Before we even arrived Carlos in the transport team helped us, with prompt communication.

We have been incredibly impressed with the high level of entertainment, it's been the best we've ever witnessed at this village over the 4 times we've visited. Congratulations Lou for your craft and passion.

The excursion team have been ever present and extremely engaging and despite us not yet partaking in a trip it's been a joy to engage with them in the village centre.

In previous years the bar staff have been hit and miss, this year the friendliness and speed of service has been exceptional, I've been really impressed at the example set by Greta for whom nothing is ever to much of a problem. I could name so many of the team for showing up in an authentic and engaging way.

We've loved the padel courts which now seem way more popular than the tennis, thanks Antoine for the great lessons. I would have preferred to have some of the numbers of guests at lessons (beginner+) capped with maybe more lessons or coaches available for the demand.

Yoga with Sarah in the tranquil setting or on padel boards has been fantastic and my family have loved, Marvin, a man with so much energy who like his smile never seems to stop.

The wakeboarding at this village is a really unique experience for us and again this year the team have been the most welcoming we've ever experienced, as a family of English speakers they made it really easy for us to understand and join the party that is had by the nautical team.

A special thankyou to Antoine the wakeboarding superstar, who freely shares love and joy with all he meets. I haven't always had the pleasure of authentic deep conversations in my holidays of the past, thanks to Antoine this year I have.

We have loved this trip and village so much that I'm trying really hard to make space in my calender to visit this exceptional team again this season.

Excellent place Water sports are above and beyond the best as I have been to a few Club Meds.
The Chef de village is fantastic and all the wake and Ski GOs are the best, helpful and always giving advice. The Bar staff and chefs are amazing.
Well worth the money as you are treated like a king.

The Village is stunning. The rooms are spacious and have amazing views. The staff is what makes Club Med a unique experience, and this crew did not disappoint. They were super friendly and always willing to give you the right tips to make the best out of your stay - especially Nicolas and Liza at the boutique. They made sure we participated and didn’t miss any of the activities available at the village. The food was incredible, and the shows they performed were spectacular - every night a different one, better than the previous one. It’s not the first Club Med we’ve visited, but definitely one of the best, thanks to the staff!"
