Cancún Mexico

We had an amazing experience with Club Med Cancún! All the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Even though we arrived a few hours before check in, our room was ready for us, including the pack and play and small potty we requested for our toddler. The rooms at Aquamarina are perfectly set up for families with young children. The master bedroom had the most amazing beach view, and the children’s room had a small window with blackout curtains. So thoughtful!

Our kids loved the beach and water slides, and all our food was excellent! One of the trip highlights was our snorkeling excursion. Jorge was an absolutely incredible guide and did a wonderful job making my six year old feel comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Again, what a wonderful time!! No-one is alone at Club Med. The entire staff especially Samarun, the Chef de Village, makes all guests feel like family. I was in Club Med Punta Cana in May 2023 as well and he was the Chef de village there at that time and again made me feel like family. The sailing staff is amazing, Paulo, Antonio, Pablo and the rest. If you want to become good at tennis and have a great time, Javier and Estephan will make that happen. I just love the World Class instructions they provide. The circus staff is very professional and welcoming as well. Charlotte from fitness classes guides her classes for what the participants need. Andrea the visiting Yoga teacher made yoga fun and less serious than the usual. The welcoming staff was great as well. I can't wait to return.

This was the best vacation experience I’ve ever had. The staff and the GO are amazing, the food was great, the place is squeaky clean.

It’s great to have access to so many activités as well. I specially loved the pickleball with Juanito and Ismael, and the trapeze with Victoria and Maude.

My family had a great time! We are considering coming back in the future. GOs were fantastic, from the reception (Andrea) able to accommodate any request, to the mini-club (Sander, Loulou, Fabiola and others) that took good care of our daughter, to the sailing (Max and others) who patiently gave tips to improve during the week, and all the rest of the GO crew.

Once again, my husband and I had a fantastic time with our son (age 7) at Club Med (our 11th Club Med family trip). The large property makes it easy to get plenty of exercise while enjoying the views, beaches, trapeze (our favorite!), excellent food, snorkeling, diving, massages, and fitness classes.

The trapeze staff was phenomenal – a huge thank you to Maude, Victoria, Angel, and Cooper from the circus team for teaching the whole family and for giving a lovely performance at the Thursday night show. Trapeze is such a thrilling, unique experience offered by Club Med.

Our son loved the beautiful new Mini Club Med facilities, water park, and pickleball courts, which are all conveniently located next to family-friendly Aguamarina, where we stayed. My husband loved scuba diving with Paco and Monica. I loved the daily fitness classes – Magali is sweet and fun and knowledgeable (her Advanced Yoga and Abs & Glutes classes are awesome), and Nelson will always give you a challenging and intense workout!

Thanks to Antonita and Candy for the best deep tissue massages, and to Julio for scheduling massages for the whole group. Thanks to Maria and Maricela for making our meals at Taco Arte enjoyable, and to Andre for making out stay at Aguamarina comfortable. Thanks to Saulo for giving us rides around the property, and for allowing our son to sit up front with him. Overall, Club Med Cancun is a lovely Caribbean resort perfect for families, providing relaxation, fun, and excellent value. We look forward to coming back!
