  • Is it possible to book a trip including flights in an upgraded class ?

    We can, on request, offer you travel in "Business" class to almost all our destinations.

    Example of available services:

    On Air France: ALIZE* class, peace of mind for your trip to the Caribbean...
    Specific check-in desk(s) to keep your waiting time to a minimum - welcome punch - aperitif service - hot towels - individual entertainment programme on some flights - a menu offering a choice of either a traditional meal or a creole meal, accompanied by wines and champagne. These services mean you will be able to appreciate the comfort and conviviality of this cabin. For your relaxation, newspapers, magazines, music and recent films are available to you. The Alizé area guarantees you the peacefulness of a private space.

    On Star Airlines: Galaxy Class *.
    To travel to some of our more remote Villages, make the most of a wider seat, a private cabin with peace and quiet, a flute of champagne and e wines to accompany a tasty meal. Baggage allowance is increased to 20 ki los and you will be given a gift bag on the plane

  • Where can I find the booking conditions or the specific conditions of a special offer ?

    Club Med&39;s general conditions of sale appear at the bottom of your screen. Click here to consult them.

    If special conditions apply to a promotional operation presented on the site, a "Conditions of sale" link will appear on the presentation screen for that offer.

  • Is it totally safe for me to pay by credit card ?

    In order to guarantee your safety and confidentiality, our Internet site is fitted with the coding protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

    When data is transferred, your bank details, along with all the information entered into our different forms, are automatically coded. They will be decoded only once they arrive on our server.

    SSL is today the most widely used protocol and one of the best for making transactions safer. For the site to work in company networks, make sure that connection to an SSL-secured site is allowed by the proxy and the fire-walls of your company.

  • How can I know if my booking has really been confirmed ?

    As soon as your booking has been validated on our site, you will receive a message, sent to the e-mail address given in "your details" , giving a detailed account of the package bought.

    This message also gives you :
    > your Booking number - to be kept safe and used in all correspondence with our services
    > your Membership number
    > your personal details - we will use these details to send you your sales contract and your departure notification
    > payment summary and the date for payment of the balance still due (for holidays bought more than 30 days before the departure date)

    > detailed account of the package bought:
    - the Village, your holiday dates, the length of your stay and the elements making up your holiday: number of participants...
    - summary of your accommodation details
    - breakdown of the activity services and additional services

  • Why pre-book some services ?

    According to the Villages, extra services are proposed in addition to your package. These services can be different in nature: sports (golf, scuba diving, horse-riding, tennis...), keep fit (Club Med Spa, Thalassotherapy...), child supervision (Baby Club Med, Petit Club Med...), discovery (outings)...

    By pre-booking these packages you ensure they will be available in the Village. Indeed, many of them have to limit the number of places available in order to guarantee a quality service. Moreover, some of them offer preferential rates in comparison to price conditions applied in the Village. And finally, some services can only be accessed when booking and cannot be bought in the Village.
